Christine R. Rizzuto is a PMI certified Project Management Professional with international experience in marketing, sales, IT application development and process management. Her current passion is the application of peer-to-peer, wireless technology to facilitate asynchronous, non co-located collaboration. She is accomplished at end-to-end system and software design, development and implementation. Her recent major projects include a digital reference for traditional Chinese medicine practitioners and students; managing IBM's worldwide knowledge program that was awarded international recognition by GIGA for excellence in workflow; supporting community development with process, technologies and organization change techniques; creating a worldwide operational data system and warehouse for all business competencies with an inventory of skill proficiencies for over 200,000 service professionals to support operational, tactical and strategic management decision making and managing a national customer satisfaction program.
