Wim Broer

Biography

Wim Broer is police commissioner and director of the Police Knowledge Net institute at the LSOP and he is programme manager of the European Police Knowledge Net. During his career he worked in different police forces in the Netherlands and in between as a researcher in the field of policing. He has published numerous articles and reports about police science, neighbourhood policing, change management, strategic policy development, Information Management and Knowledge Management.
