Biography
Susanne Justesen holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialisation in Intercultural Management from Copenhagen Business School in Denmark. She is 31 years of age and besides running her company Innoversity with offices in Copenhagen and New York, she facilitates Innoversity Network, as well as being actively involved in a range of activities in both academic, business and entrepreneurial settings. Susanne holds board positions in the "Danish Association for Entrepreneurs", as well as the "Danish Initiative for Creativity and Innovation" and is furthermore the Danish representative in the international organization: "Creativity and Innovation Day", all organizations working to enhance overall innovation and entrepreneurship. She also holds a mentor position for a Danish Masters Programme entitled: Gender and Culture, as well as being actively involved in the Master of Knowledge Management (MKM) programme, which is a new executive master programme offered by Copenhagen Business School and Learning Lab Denmark. In all of these settings, her role has been centred on breaking, crossing and spanning the boundaries between academics and practitioners in the fields of diversity, innovation and Communities of Practice.
