Biography
Stefan Schoen graduated in "Mechanical Engineering" at the University of Stuttgart, Germany and completed the Masters program "Engineering Management" at the School of Business / College of Engineering at the University of Wisconsin, Madison, USA. He then studied for and was awarded a Doctorate in Engineering from the Technical University in Munich. Since November 1996, he has been working for Siemens AG in Munich. First, he worked as in-house process and IT consultant with a focus on Knowledge Management and e-business. Since 2001, he has been department head of the Siemens Competence Centre "User Interface Design" with global locations in Munich, Princeton and Beijing.
