Shawn Callahan

Biography

Shawn Callahan is the Australian and New Zealand leader of IBM's Cynefin Centre for organizational Complexity. He has been designing and implementing Knowledge Management projects for the past decade and is a hands-on practitioner who has extensive practical experience in implementing a range of tangible KM initiatives. Recent projects include knowledge strategy, lessons learned, Communities of Practice, narrative, knowledge mapping and intellectual capital management. Shawn was the co-founder of the ActKM, a Community of Practice for public sector knowledge managers.
