Pete Bradshaw is a researcher at Ultralab. He works on online learning projects for the National College of School Leadership (NCSL), for the Qualifications and Curriculum Authority (QCA) and for Anglia Polytechnic University (APU). In particular, he has worked on the implementation of nationwide communities for the National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH) in England, which has cohorts of some 3000 enrolling every six months. He has worked in a range of educational contexts for 24 years including head of faculty, advisory teacher and chief examiner. He has co-authored works on the use of ICT in education.
