Mark Neff is a Knowledge Management Specialist within the CSC Knowledge Program and is currently focusing on collaboration processes and technologies in support of project teams. Previously, he worked for three years in the development of and support of communities within CSC. Before that, he was responsible for the development and deployment of computer-based training and a learning management system for CSC. His experience includes system engineering, quality assurance, program management and proposal management on various government programs. Today he consults on KM strategy, helps project teams learn how to work virtually and provides specific recommendations on how to improve productivity and leverage global assets. He has a BS in Marine Engineering from the US Naval Academy and a MA in organizational Design and Effectiveness from the Fielding Institute.
