John Moran is the founder of Global Gateways, Inc. and a co-facilitator of two Communities of Practice. Blending more than 30 years experience in industry as an executive, product developer and project manager and in academia as a course developer/instructor, John has achieved recognition as a bridge between the academic communities and industry. In all his work, John advocates the importance of learning and systems thinking. Systems thinking is the capability to research and understand the relationships and connections between people, organizations and their environments. John's educational background includes a B.A. in Computer Science from UC Berkeley and an M.B.A. from Golden Gate University.
