Biography

Michael Hartley worked in the Scottish Secondary Sector in a variety of teaching (Geography) and in school Management (middle & senior) posts. Before joining Ultralab at Anglia Ruskin University in 2000, Michael was working in Special Educational with Primary/Secondary pupils with severe & profound learning difficulties. Recent projects include: "TescoSchoolnet" 2000 Project, "Talking Heads" online community for Head Teachers in England, "Heads Together"- online community for Head teachers in Scotland, "Ultraversity" - an online, content free degree. He is now a Freelance Learning Technology Consultant.
